These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StageCraft Academy, a New York-based acting school located at 1600 Broadway, New York, NY 10019, and governed by Vance Educational Enterprises, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

StageCraft Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if StageCraft Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the Website or Services.
• The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Website.

In no event shall StageCraft Academy's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Website or using the Services.
